Frequently asked questions
Q. How will I know if my photo is good enough to use?
A. Email your photo to mark.ford@hotmail.co.uk and we will be able to advise you if the quality is good enough.
Q. Can you improve my photo?
A. Yes, we will alter your image if needed to achieve the very best result.
Q. Can I change the shape of my image?
A. If your picture will crop, then we can change the shape for you, if this is not possible we can recommend an alternative format
Q. Can I change the colour of my photo to black and white?
A. Yes we can change the colour if requested.
Q. Will my image wrap around the edge of the frame?
A. The majority of images wrap around the edge of the frame, however, email over your image and we can send you a proof via email.

Steps to take:
Digital camera - download your images from your camera onto your computer and email them to mark.ford@hotmail.co.uk.
CD - If you have an image saved on to a CD, you can either post this to us or drop it into our studio, alternatively, email over the requested image.
Mobile Phones - We can even print images onto canvas when they have been taken on your mobile phone, you can either download this onto your computer and email it over, or you can send it as a picture message using the mobile number below.
Photograph - You can post this to use in a stiffened envelope or you can drop it into our studio.
